Welcome to LIVN FORGE. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

The service

LIVN FORGE is a faith-based daily journaling, devotional, fitness, and habit-building app. Features include journaling, scripture devotionals, an AI weekly review, group leaderboards, prayer circles, and a points-based rewards program.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 13 years old (and the age of majority in your location to purchase a subscription).

Membership & billing

• LIVN FORGE offers a subscription with a free trial period. Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe).
• Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and trial terms are shown at sign-up and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Rewards program

• Points are earned through in-app activity and have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or expired if abused.
• Reaching a points tier lets you claim the associated reward (e.g., merchandise) while supplies last. We fulfill claimed rewards to the shipping details you provide.
• We may modify reward tiers, thresholds, or the program at any time.

Your content

Your journal entries and reflections belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the features you use (including syncing and optional AI summaries). You are responsible for content you post in shared spaces like prayer circles and groups.

Acceptable use & community guidelines

LIVN FORGE includes shared spaces — circles, group chat, prayer requests, and photo/file sharing. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. You agree not to post or share content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, unlawful, spam, or that infringes others' rights, and not to harass, bully, or abuse other members.

You can report any message or prayer request using the flag control on that content, and you can block any member to immediately hide their content from your view. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior, and remove violating content and offending users, within 24 hours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. By using shared features you accept these community guidelines.

Disclaimers

LIVN FORGE is provided "as is." It supports personal reflection and habit-building and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, financial, or spiritual counsel. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVN FORGE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using LIVN FORGE at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
